Is there a contract?
Yes, a short agreement in plain English. It's month to month, with no minimum term, and you can read the whole thing before you start.
Who owns my web address?
You do. It's registered in your business's name, and it stays yours even if you ever leave.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
Yes. We build the new site first, then point your existing address at it, so nothing goes offline in between.
What if I don't have good photos?
Phone photos are fine. We crop and brighten them. Until you send yours, the site uses sample photos, clearly labeled as samples.
What changes are included?
Anything that keeps the site current: text, photos, prices, services, hours and service area, usually done within two business days. New pages or features get a price first.
How long does it take?
Your personalized site is usually ready within two business days of our call. After you sign up and send your photos, the finished site is usually ready for you to review within a week.
